Free limits checked October 2026; providers change them. The short version: if you want a link right now, use an instant host like this one. If you want a permanent free website with your own domain and do not mind a setup step, GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages is the better deal. The no-GitHub guide walks through each.
Is free HTML hosting safe?
For your visitors: pages here are served over HTTPS on an isolated subdomain, so a page cannot read another page's cookies. For you: we never inject ads or trackers, pages are noindex, and you can delete a site instantly. The one thing to remember with any free host is that a public URL is public — use the password option for anything confidential.
What "static" means for your page
HTML hosting serves files; it does not run code on the server. JavaScript in the browser works fully — including calls to APIs, Firebase, Supabase or Google Sheets — but PHP, Python, Node servers and databases do not. Most AI-generated pages, portfolios, quizzes and landing pages are fully static and work perfectly.
