Is there a free plan?
Yes: 3 live links at a time, each online for 24 hours, up to 2 MB, with custom addresses, passwords, updates, ZIP sites, QR codes and the API. Sign in with Google to start.
What does "permanent" mean?
On Starter, Pro and Business your links have no expiry date. They stay online for as long as your subscription is active.
How is billing handled?
Monthly subscriptions through Gumroad, which accepts cards and PayPal and handles sales tax and receipts. Your plan upgrades as soon as Gumroad confirms the payment.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade any time from this page; manage or cancel from the Gumroad link on your account page. A cancelled plan stays active until the period you paid for ends, then your links get 3 days' grace.
What happens to my links if I go over a limit after downgrading?
Your newest links within the plan's limit stay up. Others get a 3-day grace period, then go offline unless you delete something or upgrade again.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong, email support@htmltourl.dev within 14 days of a charge.
